Default Adorama Budget Macro Focusing Rail

Greetings,

Anyone here have experience with focusing rails for macro work? I'm looking to get one and I know there is a wide price range from the top line costing more than $300 to budget ones. Adorama has a Budget Macro Focusing Rail Set with 4 Way Fine Control for $59. Here's the link:

I've read reviews and for the most part they are good. The question is how easy is it to use and is it rugged enough for field work?

Any suggestions/personal experiences is appreciated.

Kelvin
